In the Notifications screen, new and archived schedule updates are viewed using the date filter at the top of the screen. Both types of schedule updates are sorted by site addresses, and additional sorting criteria are listed below:
Lot Number: Displays the associated lot number for the activity
Activity: Displays the activity’s description such as FrameLab, InteriorTrimLab, InteriorTrimMat, etc.
Old and newly-scheduled start dates: Displays the old and newly-scheduled start dates for the activity
Old and newly-projected start dates: Displays the old and newly-projected start dates for the activity
Notification types: Differentiates the type of notifications as scheduled, projected, and archived
View date: Displays the date of the trade's most recent view of the notification
Viewed by: Indicates the trade user's e-mail address who most recently viewed the notifications
Archive date: Indicates when the user archived the schedule notification
Archived by: Indicates who archived the schedule notification

After logging into the Trade Portal for the first time, some older Schedule Notifications will automatically appear as archived. This is by design, and only the most recent notifications maintained by the builder's software (BuilderMT's Workflow Management Suite version 4.5 and newer) will appear in the New Schedule Notifications tab for the trade. |
