Purchase orders can be rearranged by column headers and sorted by ascending and descending order.
To move column headers:
Using the mouse, left-click within the column header to move, such as Area, Lot Number, etc. and hold the mouse’s left button down.
With the mouse button held down, drag the column header to a new location with in the dark blue area.
Move it left or right and over as many columns as necessary.
As the column hovers over the new location, the “Drop here to reorder” pop-up text box appears along with two arrows to indicate where it will be placed.
Release the left mouse button after reaching the desired location.
The screen automatically refreshes itself with the new column header sorting view.
To sort columns in ascending or descending order:
Click the column header’s white, underlined title.
The screen refreshes, and the column’s purchase orders re-sort in ascending order.
To sort the same column header in descending order, click the header’s link once again.
Within the purchase order grid, the user can narrow and widen the columns as necessary for optimal viewing.
To narrow or widen the columns:
Point the cursor to the left or right of the desired column to narrow/widen until a double-sided arrow appears.
Left mouse-click and drag the cursor to the new width.
