At the top right of the page, the purchase order legend displays icons to easily differentiate purchase orders as Issued, Approved, or Cancelled.
Like the Notifications and Schedule View screens, the Purchase Order screen provides a column header filter, such as by Site Address, Lot Number, Activity, etc. The user can also resize the columns' and rows' widths and heights as needed to fully view the notifications.

To filter the purchase orders by PO number:
At the top left of the New Purchase Orders screen, a purchase order filter allows the user to define the search criteria for the purchase orders:
Type the entire PO Number(s) or letter(s) in the corresponding field, then click the Refresh link on the right.
Or, press the <Enter> key on the keyboard to start the new search.
The screen refreshes itself, and the resulting purchase orders appear in the grid.
