The Trade Portal’s Schedule View screen is available for those designated as Scheduling contacts by the builder. This topic describes how scheduling activity information can be viewed in a calendar format, as well as how to find new and archived schedule notifications. Additionally, this topic covers how to navigate through the screen.

Only users designated as Scheduling contacts have access to the Schedule View and Notifications screens. Purchasing contacts without assigned Scheduling privileges will not have access to these screens. Contact the builder’s Trade Portal administrator to request access to these screens. |
To access the Schedule View screen:
After logging into the Trade Portal, click the Schedule View tab.
The Schedule View screen displays trade schedules in a calendar format (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) or by a list view. The image below represents a List View example in the Schedule View screen. The user can define search criteria using the area name, activity type, crew name, start/end dates, and date types (projected, scheduled, and completed).

After logging into the Trade Portal for the first time,only the most recent projected, scheduled and completed dates maintained by the builder's software (BuilderMT's Workflow Management Suite version 4.5 and newer) will appear in the Schedule View screens. |
