Three types of Trade users can have access to a builder's Trade Portal web site.
Administrators have access to all screens within the Trade Portal.
Purchasing contacts have access to the Purchasing, Payments, and Settings menus, but not the Schedules and Notifications screens.
The Payments menu is available for those integrating with Sage Timberline® Office Accounting version 9.4 and higher.
Scheduling contacts have access to the Schedules, Notifications and Settings menus, but not the Purchasing and Payments screens.
Up to three users per trade are allowed access to each Trade Portal site, which must include at least one administrator per site.
